Founding Platform Engineer

About the role

You’ll architect the core systems that handle payment processing, fraud detection, and reconciliation—powering a secure financial experience. You’ll build for a diverse range of consumers, so small details matter a lot. You’ll operate critical cloud infrastructure with high reliability and availability requirements. While you default to choosing boring technology and avoiding shiny objects, you’ll leverage established and emerging AI tools to accelerate your work and the company as a whole.

• Languages: Go with some TypeScript
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
• Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Docker
• Collaboration: Slack, Linear, GitHub, Figma

Our process includes a meeting with the founder, a technical screen, architecture & design interview, and team collaboration sessions. We can move as quickly as you can.
