This Privacy Policy applies to information collected from current, former, and prospective users of Pool’s products and services, including our website, mobile applications, and payment platform. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to handle your information as described here.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Supplement

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These rights apply to certain personal information not otherwise exempt under GLBA.

Additional State Privacy Rights

Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act grants you the following rights:

Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)

Connecticut residents have rights to Access, Correct, Delete, and Data Portability. They also have the right to Opt Out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

You may also file an appeal if a request is denied, and we will respond in compliance with Connecticut law.

Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA)

Utah residents are entitled to the following rights under the UCPA:
