This Privacy Policy applies to information collected from current, former, and prospective users of Pool’s products and services, including our website, mobile applications, and payment platform. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to handle your information as described here.

If you are a Colorado resident, you have rights similar to Virginia residents, including:
Right to Access, Correct, Delete, and Data Portability.
Right to Opt Out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling activities.
Right to Appeal a decision on a privacy request.
We will respond to consumer rights requests within 45 days, with the possibility of a 45-day extension as permitted by law.
Connecticut residents have rights to Access, Correct, Delete, and Data Portability. They also have the right to Opt Out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
You may also file an appeal if a request is denied, and we will respond in compliance with Connecticut law.
Utah residents are entitled to the following rights under the UCPA:

Right to Delete personal data provided by you.
Right to Data Portability (obtain a copy of personal data in a portable format).
Right to Opt Out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.
Unlike some other states, Utah does not provide correction rights or appeal rights. We will respond to requests within 45 days.
